Initial Arrival & Inspection of Vehicle

When we arrive at your doorstep, our team will give you a courtesy call and inform you of our arrival. We will then inspect the vehicle, assess the required work scope, and locate the power and water source at your home. Afterward, we’ll quickly set up our equipment, which takes about 5 minutes.

Detailed Interior Cleaning and Care

Once we have all the equipment set up, our team will begin the full car detail process by removing all miscellaneous items and placing them in a separate bag for your safekeeping. Next, we will take out the floor mats in preparation for a thorough cleaning. Using high-quality equipment, including vacuums, extractors, and compressed air, we will remove the debris and dirt from the carpets, seats, and trunk of your vehicle. All interior trim is meticulously cleaned with safe, pH-neutral interior cleaners designed to remove grime and dirt, revealing a fresh and hygienic surface. High-impact areas such as the steering wheel, gear knob, and center console receive detailed attention, followed by the application of UV dressing for a deep matte finish.

The Exterior Deep Clean

After completing the interior detailing, our team will focus on the wheels and tyres. We begin by treating all four wheels and tyres with iron fallout remover and a specialized wheel and tyre cleaner, which is also applied to the wheel arches and fender liners. Next, we use snow foam to cover the vehicle and rinse the entire surface, including the engine bay, to remove stubborn dirt. Caked-on contaminants like bugs, tar, and tree sap are treated with paint-friendly citrus pre-wash. Following the pre-wash, we perform a contact hand wash with pH-neutral shampoo, also cleaning all door jambs. The vehicle is then dried with a combination of compressed air and deluxe drying towels. Finally, we apply a streak-free glass cleaner to all interior and exterior glass panels and finish with tire dressing to enhance and protect the wheels.

The Paint Enhancement Stage

As part of our full car detail process, our team ensures that all surfaces are free from contaminants like embedded dirt particles and iron fallout before any paint correction. We start by claying the vehicle to remove these contaminants and then perform a second hand wash. All paint surfaces are wiped down with an isopropyl alcohol mixture, and plastic trims are taped to prevent polish transfer during the paint enhancement stage. We measure the paint thickness with a gauge and select the appropriate compound for a single-stage paint correction. Once we achieve the desired results, a ceramic spray sealant is applied to provide weeks of protection and enhance water repellency.

Application of Ceramic Coating

Before your appointment, we will discuss the ceramic coating options best suited for your vehicle. We typically recommend a 3-year ceramic coating, carefully selected by our team based on extensive experience to ensure we use only high-grade coatings prioritizing durability and ease of maintenance. As a mobile service, you can choose to have the ceramic coating applied at your carport or garage, or you can bring your vehicle to our home garage in Acton Park. Our team will apply the coating panel by panel to the exterior surfaces. Once the application is complete, we recommend keeping the vehicle sheltered from rain and elements for 24 hours. Additionally, avoid washing the vehicle for 2 weeks to allow the coating to fully cure.

The Handover Stage

Once your vehicle is fully detailed and coated, we conduct a final inspection to ensure consistent quality throughout the entire process. We will contact your designated representative to inform them that the job is complete. A thorough walkthrough of the car will be provided, and we will hand over the keys and any personal belongings. As your car has just been ceramic coated, we will also offer maintenance advice to help extend the longevity of the coating.
